The spring market is heating up and we are seeing rising prices in several areas, which is great news if you’re thinking about selling; not so great if you’re in the market to buy. Rising prices coupled with the predicted rise in interest rates may limit the amount you’re able to purchase.

For Columbia County, the median sold price in January 2018 was $200,750, with average days on market at 152 days. 1 year ago, those numbers were at $188,500 and 155.

If you’d like to know the numbers for Richmond, Aiken, Edgefield, or McDuffie counties, or if you have specific questions about your neighborhood, I’d love to help! You can reach me at stacie@staciewells.com or 706-945-7649.
